SOcial Media executive

We are looking for an organised and efficient team member that will provide excellent customer service to our customer base, take responsibility for our digital marketing and work closely with our management team.

FULL TIME

● Must be available to work during Australian Eastern Standard Time business hours from 8:30AM- 4:30PM or 7AM-4PM Philippine time.

As a social media executive and administration assistant, you will be responsible for planning and implementing our social media strategy, including using contemporary digital marketing tools and undertaking daily administrative tasks to provide exceptional customer service.

PRIMARY ROLE 

ADMINISTRATION TASKS

Product orders 

  • Website (WooCommerce) order printing 
  • Check email for wholesale orders. Reply to verify any detail
  • Create invoices from phone and email orders 
  • Print shipping documentation for website order. 
  • Create and print shipping documentation 

General Tasks

  • Book courier daily online
  • Lodge any lost parcels enquires with Couriers 
  • Email – reply to new wholesale customer enquiries 
  • Create new customers in XERO or update any changes to customer details

Email replies

  • Email – reply to any order  issues (lost parcel, product not meet expectations, wrong tea sent)
  • Email – invoice statements only as requested
  • Email – reply to thank you emails and invite customers to leave a review

Possible regular extras 

  • Coordinate with Wholesale customer and Printer the design of new custom made tea labels
  • Roster – coordinate staff leave requests via email &  draft into roster for Manager approve
  • Modify basic flyer design for samples, events, give-aways, specials (ie thank you 15% off)
  • Managing stock online (OOS, Low stock, draft new products,  discontinued items)
  • Liaise with Supplier expected ETA or products on backorder, check availability and costs with alternative supplier

MARKETING TASKS

  • Create regular Social Media Posts
  • Work out a strategy to build Followers on Socials
  • Implement a Facebook Shopping strategy, and other Social Media income strategies
  • Set up remarketing in Facebook and Google?
  • Segment Subscribers and Shoppers based on buying habits and design selling strategy  according to buying habits
  • Perform Key word and key phrase searches and create list of phrases, words and negative keywords
  • Design Google advertising to fit Keyword /phrase search
  • Use Keywords and key phrase Searches to create a list of Blog Posts and Newsletters
  • Research,write and post regular blogs and  newsletters based on keywords
  • Review Google Analytics and plan next month Google advertising
  • Consider how Google Optimize could improve website and draft a plan of split tests
  • Find a good subscription model for online customers and implement
  • Set up more Klaviyo sequences for welcome email, win-back, thank you, VIP’s 
  • Implement outcomes of Website SEO Project (see below), such as update Website pages using SEO
  • Check and clean website backlinks
  • Create links from our Wholesale customers websites to our Website 
  • Create a Magalog for Wholesale customers
  • Undertake complete Website SEO review (and create recommendations.)

OTHER DUTIES as required to assist in the growth of the company

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 2 or 3 years of experience in administration/ digital marketing in a customer service / retail environment.
  • Degree in Marketing or Business Administration  or equivalent 
    Excellent English (literacy and numeracy)
