marketing & Admin assistant

We are looking for a strategic and experienced team-member to primarily support better learner experience with graphics of documents and powerpoint, update course material on Learn Dash ( WordPress plug-in).
The secondary role is diverse, both administrative and strategic, brainstorming with the client to implement and maintain marketing and administration systems.
You will be reporting directly to the Director.

PRIMARY ROLE
LEARN DASH COURSE DESIGN
Designing layout of new course material
Scheduling upgrades for new releases of Learn-dash/ WordPress

ONLINE COURSE APPLICANTS
Setting up CRM for Auto-responders and email sequences
Responding to new applicants to welcome them to the course
Setting up members with log-ins to course materials to simplify the process for them and troubleshoot log-ins and access concerns
Reviewing and uploading online assessments

MARKETING CAMPAIGNS FOR EVENTS
Creating pre-launch campaigns for new events in Mail Chimp, including list segmentation
Setting up Autoresponders and email follow-ups
Maintaining the database with customer updates and client notes
Downloading PDF course notes prior to the event
Filing attendees “certificates of completion” after the event
Creating sending out and filing Survey responses after the event

ADMINISTRATION TASKS
“Onboarding of programs”
Prepare onboarding for new participants to programs
Sending out meeting invites and responses
“Graphics for powerpoint and formatting training materials”
Create uniform Branding assets such as powerpoint slides, graphics for better learn experience, fillable PDF’s for training materials and handouts.
“Video formatting and insertion of text for training materials and marketing videos”

Proposals
Designing proposals for prospect follow-ups on Powerpoint
Filing all member / prospect correspondence in CRM

PA to Owner
Dairy and email management
Organising meeting and sending out reminders and follow-ups
Drafting emails on behalf of the director including creating smart templates and responses
Formatting documents and proposals in <Word>

SYSTEMS AND PROCESSES
Documenting systems and processes in Google Drive and brainstorming systems improvements

MARKETING TASKS/ SOCIAL MEDIA
Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy
Define most important social media KPIs
Manage and oversee social media content on linkedin
Measure the success of every social media campaign
Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies

OTHER DUTIES
as required to assist in the growth of the company

Required Qualifications:

Degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent desirable
Industry experience in Health Care or personal development beneficial
Minimum 3 years as a Virtual Assistant
Working with Australian Clients preferred

Tools and Software:

Experience in updating WordPress Pages experience essential
Learn Dash experience beneficial
Powerpoint essential
Prezi desirable but not essential
Advanced understanding of Mail Chimp CRM or equivalent
Working Knowledge of Social Media sites especially Linkedin
Google sites and Google systems
