client services and marketing coordinator

Our Australian client is an executive coach and author with a Masters in the Neuroscience of Leadership.

Her services include leadership, sales and performance, utilizing neuroscience, providing coaching and training with bespoke solutions. She is also a keynote speaker.

Part-time position ongoing – 5 hours a day.

Philippines time 7am to 12pm or 8am to 1pm  Monday to Friday

Client Services and Communication

  • Liaison with CEO on a regular basis to provide updates/queries re clients
  • Check to see upcoming work
  • Client liaison (via email and phone). Handling enquiries, building rapport
  • Setting up briefing meetings, attending these, keep and enter client meeting notes
  • Create/write  proposals (using templates), send them to clients.
  • Arrange follow up conversations with clients
  • Create strong relationships, gain commitment, establish dates with clients
  • Liaise with clients regarding operational aspects of delivery

Marketing

  • Generate regular linked in posts (agreeing on calendar)
  • Event organisation- when running open events
  • Updating website
  • Working with providers to implement
  • marketing strategies
  • Management of all communications to prospects and customers of various businesses, including: newsletters, blogs, marketing emails, follow up sequences etc.
  • Coordination and management of events and workshops. Include lliaising with providers such as graphic designers, caterers, audio/visual providers, venues etc.
  • Liaising with attendees or participants as needed for the event

Administration

  • Proof-reading material
  • Check following week and see all details are in diary –client  contact names/addresses and phone numbers on appointments the team have organized
  • Coordinate activities of Executive / Administration Assistant regarding proposal, calendar, invoice
  • Keeping sales spreadsheet updated
  • Managing registration into various programs

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years’ of administrations experience
  • Degree in Business, Marketing  or equivalent desirable
  • Working with Australian Clients preferred

Tools and Software:

  • Ontraport – especially sales funnels & percentages
  • Canva
  • Experience in updating WordPress Pages 
  • Powerpoint essential
  • Working Knowledge of Social Media sites especially Linkedin 
  • Google sites and Google systems or Microsoft
